If you wish to book online you can choose to pay using our SagePay online secure payment system, via the phone or, if the booking is more than 6 weeks away, by cheque.
Customers paying online need to click the ‘Book Now’ button and follow the on screen prompts, filling in the forms where indicated. Bookings will then be securely transmitted on our booking system and the bookings team informed. You will receive an automatic email with a booking reference. Your booking will then be processed by the bookings team and your full confirmation emailed to you.
Customers selecting to book online and pay by phone will again need to click ‘Book Now’ and follow the on screen prompts. On completing the online booking form you will be given a booking reference and the property will be held for you until the next working day. You will need to call the booking office on 01248 430190 before the end of the next working day and provide your credit or debit card details. If you do not call and make payment then the booking will automatically be released onto general sale.
If you are booking more than 6 weeks in advance we can accept cheques for the deposit and balance payment. When following the on screen instructions please select pay by post. On completing your details you will be shown a screen with your booking details including the booking reference, please print this page, enclose your cheque and post it to us at: Coastal Holidays, Plas Lon Las, Brynsiencyn, Anglesey LL61 6TQ.
Your booking will be held for a maximum of 3 working days so your cheque will need to be sent the same day. We recommend you send this special delivery so that the Royal Mail guarantee next day delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cheque within 6 weeks of arrival.
Booking by phone:
If you prefer not to book online our booking office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm. Our bookings team will be delighted to answer any questions and take bookings over the phone during these times. You can book over the phone using the same payment methods as online (credit or debit card and, if more than 6 weeks in advance, by cheque).
We can provisionally hold a maximum of 1 property per customer without charge and obligation until 6pm the following working day if your booking is due to arrive in more than 6 weeks. Provisional bookings cannot be made online so please call the bookings team to do this.
Unfortunately we cannot provisionally hold properties if you wish to arrive within 6 weeks.

A £35 booking fee is applied to all bookings:
Mainly our holiday properties book out for the Full week (7 nights), however there are occasions during certain off peak periods or last minute bookings. They can range from 3, 4, 5 or 6 nights and are priced accordingly.
All short breaks require the approval from the respective property owner before confirming and taking payment, once you have found a short break available by using the search on the website you will need to telephone or email our office.
Please note that some larger properties may vary their short break price structure due to the amount of work involved in changeovers and this may be reflected within the short break search results page. If running over 2 different weeks, the price would be based on the higher of the two weekly prices. Please contact our booking line on 01248 714390 to confirm prices of a short break.
Prices are based on a minimum stay of 3 nights and normally start form:
6 nights = 95% of the weekly rate
5 nights = 82% of the weekly rate
4 nights = 74% of the weekly rate
3 nights = 62% of the weekly rate.
2 nights = 54% of the weekly rate (most properties have a 3 night min stay)
The deposit is normally 30% of the total cost plus the booking fee. This is non-refundable. We recommend that you take out insurance against the occurrence of an unexpected event (e.g. illness, changed personal circumstances, transport problems) which may prevent you from visiting the property which you have booked.
Many insurers are available and we recommend that holidaymakers carefully compare the relative cost and coverage of the different products that are currently on the market. Examples of companies providing travel insurance are given below:

Coastal Holidays is committed to achieving a high standard of service for each holidaymaker. We will endeavour to do everything within our power to ensure that each holidaymaker enjoys a quality experience before, during and after their stay. In the event of any shortcoming being reported to us, we undertake to investigate the circumstances and rectify the issue where it is reasonably practicable, and within our power, to do so. However, Coastal Holidays merely act as an agent providing information and booking services on behalf of property owners. Whilst care is undertaken to ensure that the information provided is correct at the time of publication, holidaymakers are reminded that the booking contract, once undertaken, constitutes a legal relationship between themselves and the owner of the property in question.
There is no surcharge when paying by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, Paypal or cheque.
